What if I wrote an incorrect delivery address or I want to change it?
If you wrote a wrong delivery address, contact us to info@lostgenclub.com before the order has been sent. Once the order has been sent, it cannot be modified, so you will have to get in touch with the shipping courier.
If a package is sent to an incorrect address where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, it can not be refunded if lost.
Process for parcel lost in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
Parcels lost after being delivered
We are not responsible for any lost parcels after it has been deemed as delivered by the courier. If the parcel has been delivered in accordance with the tracking, we can conduct an investigation. If the investigation concludes the parcel has been delivered to the right location we are not responsible for any lost or stolen goods.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery multiple times without success and the parcel is then held at a pickup point but not collected within the designated timeframe, it will be returned to us. In this case, a return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. This fee varies depending on the destination country.
