If the product you just received is damaged or if you received an incorrect item, please submit a Warranty Claim and we will send you a new product in good condition.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

This warranty applies only to products explicitly stated as covered in their description.

  • You are entitled to a one-time replacement or store credit if your piece tarnishes or loses color.
  • If you experience any issues with your jewelry, you can submit a warranty request here.

Important notes:

  • Our warranty only covers what we guarantee won't happen to your jewelry. If your piece is lost, stolen, damaged purposely or damaged via a third-party, we can't cover this. 

  • Our warranty only covers original Lost Gen Club products (purchased in www.lostgenclub.com).  Items purchased from third-party sellers are not eligible.

  • Our warranty only covers stainless steel and 18k gold plated jewelry (no 925 silver plated pieces). Other products in the store are not covered by the warranty.

  • The lifetime warranty applies only to orders of eligible products made after 01-09-2024 (dd-mm-yyyy).

 

MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY

For all jewelry pieces in our store, we will replace or repair manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or physical damage.
