If you received a damaged item or the wrong product, please submit a Warranty Claim and we'll make it right by sending you a replacement.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to help.

Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any accessories and tags.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products.
  • Worn or used apparel.
  • Products sealed for hygiene purposes once unsealed.
  • Orders with a previously processed warranty claim.

How to start a return or exchange

Please use the link below to submit your request through our returns portal. Requests made outside of this process may not be accepted, and items sent without prior authorization or to any address other than the one provided by the portal may not be processed.

 

Shipping & processing

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • You may choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit of equivalent value.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Reduction of refund

If a returned item shows signs of use, damage, missing tags, or damaged packaging, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the product. We will inform you of any such reduction before processing your refund.

Promotions & bundles

  • 3 FOR 2 offers: Partial returns are accepted, but the promotional discount will be voided. The items you keep will be charged at their regular price and your refund adjusted accordingly. Example: if you keep 2 items and return 1, you'll be charged for the 2 items at full price.
  • Bundles, sets, and multi-piece boxes must be returned complete. Individual items from a pack cannot be returned separately.
