Is the jewelry waterproof / sweat-proof?
YES! All of our products are water, sweat and heat resistant. They don´t turn green, fade or lose color.
You can shower or hit the gym with our jewelry without worrying!
However, we recommend taking special care of your jewelery after having contact with marine water.
What material is your jewelry?
All of our pieces are made high quality stainless steel.
Gold pieces are real 18K PVD gold plated.
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coatings are highly resistant to tarnishing and corrosion, providing the jewel finishes with colors that do not fade. It also produces brilliant finishes that make jewelry highly resistant to scratches and scrapes.
I have not received my purchase confirmation
Your purchase confirmation arrives immediately to the email that you attached, make sure to check your spam inbox in case that the confirmation email got sent there. In the event of the email not being received, please contact us with your full name and phone number to info@lostgenclub.com so that we can solve it.
Who is responsible for International Duty, VAT & Custom Fees?
For orders sent to Canary Islands or outside of the European Union, in some cases, customs fees/taxes can be charged and the buyer is responsible to pay the required duty, VAT and customs fees that may apply for shipping to their country.
If you don't agree with this, please refuse your delivery and the package will be sent back to us.
Lost Gen Club does not hold accountable for any tax, fee applied to the shipping or any tariff applied in customs, so the buyer is responsible to pay the required amount.
What happens if I´m not at home when the courier is delivering my package?
Don´t worry, the courier will usually try two times to deliver the package. If you are not at home they will leave your package in the nearest pick-up point and will notify you via email or SMS.
Why haven't I received my order?
If we have confirmed your order and send your tracking number, that means that your parcel is in progress and we are following the established schedule. If you have any further doubts, please read our shipping policies. If the order does not arrive, do not hesitate to contact us with your tracking number to info@lostgenclub.com
Is it possible to make a return?
Sure! You have 30 days to contact us since the delivery of the order to ask for a return.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
I just got my tracking number, what do I do now?
Once you receive your tracking number you just have to wait. Please, keep in mind that the number generation is automatic and it may last up to 5 days until the shipping courier webpage is updated. If you cannot follow your parcel after five days, contact us with your tracking number to info@lostgenclub.com
